The products offered are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs have no contractual value. Products are offered while stocks last.

5. Order

Any order implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. Once payment has been validated, the Customer will receive a confirmation email. Ila-Lyone reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a dispute with the Customer.

6. Price

Prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges. Ila-Lyone SAS reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the product will be billed at the rate in effect at the time of ordering.

7. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or any other method offered on the Website. Transactions are secured through our payment partners.

8. Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the Customer. Delivery times are specified at the time of ordering for information purposes only. In the event of a delay, Ila-Lyone SAS cannot be held responsible for force majeure.

9. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal. Returned products must be new, unworn, and in their original packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

10. Legal guarantees

The products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. In the event of a proven defect, Ila-Lyone will replace or refund the product.

11. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Website are protected by copyright, trademarks or patents. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited without written authorization.

12. Personal data

Data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Customer may exercise their rights of access, rectification and deletion at any time.

13. Applicable law

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of Paris.
