To do so, simply notify us of your decision in writing (using the withdrawal form below) before this deadline expires. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us.

Return shipping is free, offered by ILA-LYONE, including in the case of withdrawal. The item must be returned to us in its original condition, not worn beyond what is necessary to check the nature and characteristics of the product, with its tags attached.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of shipment), using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
